To apply as a Buyer please fill out this form and we will be in touch with you shortly. Please note that all buyers must adhere to a minimum participation rate of £50,000.

In order to become a buyer in an individual capacity, you either need to be a high net worth or a sophisticated investor. These restrictions do not apply if you are becoming a buyer as part of a limited company, a fund, or an investment partnership.

Self-certified, sophisticated investors include one of the following: active business angels, investors in unlisted companies, private equity professionals, SME financiers or individuals or firms that are regulated under the UK Financial Services Authority or local equivalent.

Certified high net worth individuals met one of the following criteria in the preceding financial year: £100,000+ annual income, £250,000+ net assets (excluding primary residence, insurance contracts or entitlements in the form of pensions or otherwise payable upon death or retirement).
